Impressive
I've known Tudor for many years and have personally seen previous jobs so he was the obvious choice when we decided to do a ground floor refurb and extension. I honestly cannot describe how valuable it is to have him as a contractor, his attention to detail, project management and building skills are truly above anything I've seen over the years. He works at such a fast pace its actually difficult to keep up with him. His problem solving skills are pretty impressive and he seems to always be 2 steps ahead. Tudor completed our ground floor refurb and extension in record time. This included dropping the ground floor by 20cm, a garage conversion, insulating the floor, a new downstairs bathroom, cinema room, open plan kitchen living area and he fitted our kitchen units. While doing all of this he still made time to help me with my man cave build. A truly professional, reliable and trustworthy individual. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
Bathroom Renovated
Having our bathroom renovated was our third project with Tudor. Due to the magnitude of the renovation and thus having no toilet or water facilities we had to leave home for two weeks. What he achieved in just over two weeks was nothing short of a miracle. Not only did he transform our bathroom into something special and amazing that we are truly delighted with, but he also tendered to watering our garden and feeding our fish in our absence. Those extra deeds sums up Tudor as to why we set him apart and above all other builders we have dealt with in the past. Not only does he treat each project as just a job and just a source of income, but he personally involves himself as if he was doing the project for himself. Here’s to the next venture with Tudor.
Install new kitchen to replace old one
Tudor did a great job on our kitchen. He kept us informed on progress all the way through the job allowing time in the morning for questions and then getting on with the work during the day. At the end of each day he showed us and spoke with us about the excellent progress he had made. Very pleased with our lovely new kitchen which is clean, bright and spacious.
Bathroom refurbishment
Excellent job, completed on time. We were very pleased indeed with our refurbished bathroom. An amazing transformation. High quality work throughout. We would highly recommend Tudor to anyone.
Honest and Reliable
What a pleasure it was having Tudor building our garden shed. Not only honest and reliable, but also he involved himself with advice and ideas. The utmost standout point was not only his craftsmanship, but his personal attitude and expectations. What a sheer delight having him work for us in an industry full of cowboys and sharks. Wouldn't have second thoughts in using his services again.
Cannot Praise Him Highly Enough
If your'e looking for someone reliable, dedicated, professional and expert - Tudor is your man. He knows what he's doing and does it really well. He kept me in the loop at all stages of the installation of the new kitchen, the beautiful bi-fold doors, the upgrading of two bathrooms and substantial electrical work. Where necessary he employed other tradesmen to assist in the work who also showed reliability and professionalism. He always showed up and in the end, finished the job ahead of time, very close to Christmas. He suggested things I hadn't thought of which everyone remarks on as being great features and which delight me. His advice was helpful and invariably sound. He was respectful and considerate at all times and each day tidied up and left the site clean and safe and was a real pleasure to have around. His thoughtful problem solving inspires confidence. I enthusiastically recommend Tudor. If you want someone to do excellent work with exceptional dedication, Tudor is your man. He is reliable, conscientious, thoughtful and considerate. He gives an amazing attention to detail, always keeping me well informed about what he was doing and why. His craftsmanship is excellent and he has a very good knowledge of suppliers. He installed my new kitchen with beautiful bi-fold doors, rewired loads of electrical things that have annoyed me for years, upgraded two bathrooms and gave constructive advice that was very helpful. Each day he left the site clean, safe and tidy. Tudor inspires confidence because is work is so good . He is also I can enthusiastically recommend him.

Tudor did a fantastic job on the bathroom and have already recommended him to a friend. He works extremely hard and effectively, to a really high standard, is totally reliable and sticks to project timing deadlines and there are no hidden costs. Communication was good and he provided helpful ideas as well. A single snag was followed up super efficiently and quickly fixed. A perfectionist in terms of finish, I am already planning to have him back to do my kitchen.

TC Construction gave us a lovely new shower room. Tudor worked really hard, and very quickly, adapting to a house that is over 100 years old. He always kept us well informed so that we knew what was happening at each stage – Tudor is very good at asking the right questions so that he can give the client exactly what they want. Tudor and the team did a fantastic job renovating our ground floor, including completely stripping out the kitchen, transforming it to a beautiful, modern and functional space. Nothing was too much trouble, when you're undertaking a build, you encounter problems, especially with Victorian buildings! Tudor tackled these problems in a positive way, giving us all of the options and finding solutions. They're polite, friendly and respect your home. Highly recommend TC Construction.

Tudor was fantastic. He is totally reliable and a perfectionist who brought great ideas along with careful execution of them. One of his best attributes is that he sticks to his quote - there are no hidden costs. If any extras are required, he negotiates ahead but there are no sudden surprise cost increases. The work he did has continued to delight me and I have recommended him to many other friends who are equally pleased with his work. I am still recommending him as he is the best builder I have come across. He was fast, efficient and lovely to have working in the house - you don’t expect to end up making a friend with someone you employ.

"Pleasure to work with"
Tudor completely redesigned our garden and did a fantastic job. We didn't have a lot of time to play with and he and his team worked very quickly and efficiently. The work included fitting a completely new fence, including posts, laying artificial turf and building a wooden deck at the rear of the garden. All of this was done to an excellent standard and in addition to this he played a crucial part in discussing our options before the job began and suggesting a few ideas that improved the final product. To summarise, Tudor was a pleasure to work with and did a very good job in a limited time frame. We're thrilled with the results. Highly recommend him.

Brilliant job, will totally recommend!! (and have) Tudor did a fantastic job converting our loft and kitchen extension. He was the full package, with great foresight into how the finished job will look, this proved invaluable especially when dealing with the architect, structural engineer and building control. He also communicated well with us - we always felt informed on where we were at. There was not one day that Tudor did not turn up or was late, a far cry from the previous builders we have had. Tudor was also super efficient and multi skilled, doing most of the work himself, only bringing in other tradesmen when absolutely necessary. He was a pleasure to have about - which is important on such a big job. His follow up care on a couple of snags has been great! He really does go out the way to do a fantastic job.
Professional Service
First job was massive cracks in the porcelain tiles all over the extended kitchen floor. Tudor was able to diagnose the problem, explain it to me and provide a bespoke solution. I could tell straight away that he was very passionate about working to a high standard and very driven to ensure clients got value for money. Needless to say, I couldn't wait to get him back to fix our 6 year leaking wet room as well. He didn't disappoint and went over and beyond with the work. Even my kids were delighted with the job, given all the misery we have had time and again. With Tudor, he is very straightforward, professional and passionate. He has a great eye for style and details and a solid building engineering brain. All of that at a competitive price. Good tradesmen are hard to find, so definitely keeping him.

Tudor displays a real passion for what he does and is a pleasure to work with. He enhanced our brief with his vision and ideas leading to an improved end result. During the project, Tudor communicated clearly, proposed solutions to problems and applied meticulous attention to detail to his work. We are so pleased we chose TC Construction for our kitchen refurbishment. Tudor was a pleasure to work with throughout the project. The finished kitchen looks beautiful, and everything works well! Tudor was always easy to get hold of and able to answer our questions and provide helpful design advice. He completed the work quickly and to a really high standard. We were living elsewhere whilst the work was done but trusted Tudor to get on with the project and to check in with us when he needed to. We would definitely use Tudor again for other projects, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to friends.
Great job done
Very knowledgeable in his job. Tiled an out side patIo area and regrouted 2 bathrooms. Did a very Neat job. He is very professional. He Frequently engages with me half way through the job to confirm if that was exactly how I wanted the tiles to be laid etc. He tidy up neatly and got ride of the All the rubbish and the soil he dug out around the patio area. Most builders I have work with in the past will usually leave the soil Behind. Will definitely recommend him to any one who needs his service. Thank you Tudor.!!
What a Blessing
What a blessing we had in finding Tudor. A true professional tradesmen who completed two projects for my wife and I. Our first project was a brick shed at the bottom of our garden and the second was an attic conversion into a bedroom. Over the period of working for us it was an utmost pleasure having Tudor, who took upon each job as if it was his own. He would always happily and readily give his advice and counsel. His mantra being- “Do the work as if it’s your own job and don’t expect the customer to be happy if the job isn’t done right “. What a refreshing outlook in a profession where there are so many “cowboys “. We would have no reservations in having Tudor doing other projects for us in future and would solidly recommend him to our friends and relatives. Tudor, you’re a true gem.
